How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking link. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived

We’re here to help if your delivery is delayed or missing. Start by reviewing these common situations:

Ensure the address you entered at checkout is correct (check your confirmation email). If an incorrect address was provided, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Tracking Isn’t Updating

Tracking delays can occur, especially during peak periods. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3–4 days, contact us — we’ll follow up with the courier and update you.

International Orders Held at Customs

If your order is stuck at a "Gateway" or "Processing Centre," it's likely in customs clearance. This is normal and may take several days.

If it's been longer than 10 working days, get in touch and we’ll investigate further.

Tracking Says Delivered, But No Parcel

If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

Check around your property, with neighbours, or designated safe places.

Review courier delivery notes in your tracking link.

If it’s still missing, contact us immediately. If the parcel was left in a safe place you selected, we can’t be held liable. If the courier left it unsafely, we’ll open a claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Courier Lost My Parcel

If the courier declares your parcel lost, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit straight away.
Unfortunately, we can’t take further action until the courier confirms the loss, even if delays suggest the item may be missing.

We appreciate your patience as we work through the courier’s investigation process.

Goalkeeper Gloves

Below are some common questions about our products

Protective Film on Glove Palms

Some Calma gloves come with a protective film on the latex palms to preserve grip during storage and transit. It's essential to remove this film carefully to avoid damaging the latex before use.

We know it can be a little tedious, but patience is key to keeping your gloves in top condition.

How to Remove the Film:

Begin by soaking the gloves in lukewarm water.

As the gloves become fully wet, the film will begin to loosen.

Slowly and gently peel away the film — avoid picking or pulling forcefully, as this can tear the latex.

Important: Only remove the palm film if you're certain you will be keeping the gloves, as once removed, they cannot be returned.

Do I Need to Pre-Wash My Gloves?

Yes  we strongly recommend pre-washing your gloves before their first use. This removes any factory residue and activates the grip.

How to Pre-Wash:

Lightly rinse the glove palms with cool or lukewarm water.

Do not use boiling water, as it can damage the latex.

Do not fully submerge the gloves in water for pre-washing.

Lay the gloves flat on a clean towel and press gently to remove excess water.

Never wring or twist the gloves.

Air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight.

Do not use detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners.

My Gloves Have No Grip

If your gloves feel slippery or have poor grip:

Ensure the protective film has been removed (if present).

Make sure they’ve been properly pre-washed and slightly damp before use latex performs best when moist.

Keep latex damp

Dry or dirty gloves will naturally lose grip.

If you've followed these steps and still have issues, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

How Long Should My Gloves Last?

The lifespan of your gloves depends on usage, playing surface, and care:\

On grass, gloves can last 8–14 matches.

On artificial turf, latex may wear faster.

To extend glove life:

Use match gloves only in games.

Rotate with training gloves.
Always clean and air-dry after use.

Returns

You can return your item by following the instructions on our Returns Page. Items must be unused and returned within the return window specified in our policy.

Returns & Exchanges Policy at Calma Goalkeeping

We want you to be confident in every purchase you make with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help you, but due to the nature of goalkeeper gloves and the materials used, certain conditions apply. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return.

Return eligibility criteria:

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The return must be initiated within 28 days of the original purchase date.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including tags, bag, and palm protection film if present).

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene reasons and the specific nature of goalkeeper glove materials, we are unable to accept returns for any of the following:

Gloves with the protective plastic film removed from the latex palms. Once the film is removed, the latex is exposed and cannot be resold.

Damage to the latex during film removal (please take care — latex is delicate).

Gloves with custom Glove ID (e.g., printed names or initials), unless the glove has a clear manufacturing defect.

Products returned more than 28 days after the purchase date.

Gloves showing visible wear or deterioration are considered normal usage. Latex is a natural material that begins to show wear from first use especially on abrasive surfaces like artificial turf.

Gloves that show damage due to incorrect care, such as not following pre-wash or maintenance instructions provided in our Glove Care Guide.

Gloves not purchased directly from Calma. For third-party purchases, please contact the retailer directly.

Accepted Returns (When Applicable)

Though rare, defects can occasionally occur during the manufacturing process. All our gloves are made by hand with care (and the occasional help of a robot!), but if something slips through our quality checks, we’ll make it right.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Your gloves arrive with a genuine manufacturing fault, such as:

Open or faulty stitching

Twisted or malformed fingers

Internal construction issues.

You receive the wrong size or item from what was ordered

Your gloves are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 28 days
