Returns at Calma are simple
Returning an item to Calma is a simple and easy process that can be completed by printing off the returns label, which can be found at Download Return Form. Items must be returned inside 28 days for exchange or a refund.
All Shipping costs are non refundable.
Calma recommends sending returns via Royal Mail – you can use Royal Mail Click and Drop: https://send.royalmail.com/. Please send your item(s) using a Royal Mail Tracked Service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
We cannot accept any returns on items with personalization, which includes items with the number '1' added.
Once we've completed the return process, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason you don't receive the email, we recommend checking with the courier to ensure that the parcel was delivered to us successfully.
It's important to retain your postal receipt when returning an item. This serves as proof of shipment, includes tracking information, records the date of shipment, and is essential. In summary, keeping your postal receipt is vital for ensuring a smooth and documented return process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Faulty Goods steps:
- Email us with photos and details prior to return, and we will provide you with the next steps.
- If approved, please make sure the product is clean and dry and ready for inspection. If items are wet, dirty and smelly this will delay the return process.
Our team will do their best to process your return promptly, typically within 2-7 working days from the day we receive the item (Monday to Friday).
