1. Introduction
Welcome to calmagk.com (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchase of products (“Goods”) from Calma Goalkeeping Limited (“Calma GK”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or purchasing Goods you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. Definitions
“Contract” – the legal agreement formed when we email you a Dispatch Confirmation.
“Consumer” – an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade or profession.
“Working day” – Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

The Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. We sell goalkeeper equipment to customers in the UK, European Economic Area (“EEA”) and United States.
4. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising any use by minors.
5. Order Process & Contract Formation
- Add to basket – select items and view your basket.
- Checkout – provide delivery details and payment method.
- Place order – by clicking “Pay now” you make a binding offer.
- Order acknowledgement – we email confirmation of receipt (not acceptance).
- Dispatch confirmation – when we email that the Goods have shipped, the Contract is formed. If we cannot accept your order, we will refund you promptly.
6. Prices & Payment
- All prices include UK VAT where applicable.
- Taxes, shipping and duties for non‑UK orders are shown at checkout.
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay).
- Discounts and promotions are applied as stated and cannot be combined unless specifically allowed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout.
- Dispatch target: orders placed before 12:00 GMT ship the same working day where possible.
- Risk & title pass to you on delivery.
- If we cannot dispatch your Goods within 30 days of order acceptance, we will inform you and you may cancel for a full refund.
- Delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, customs) are not our responsibility but we’ll keep you informed.
7.1 Customs & Import Duties (EU/US)
Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duties and taxes (“Fees”). You are responsible for paying any Fees once the package reaches your country.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Your Statutory Rights
8.1 14‑Day Right to Cancel (UK/EU Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your Contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email info@calmagk.com.
8.2 30‑Day Extended Returns
We extend your right to 30 days from delivery to return unused Goods for refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Custom‑printed or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
8.3 Faulty or Mis‑described Goods
Goods must conform to their description, be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If they are not, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.

9. Product Descriptions & Availability
We strive to display colours and specifications accurately, though display settings may vary. All sizes are approximate. Stock levels are indicative and may change without notice.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions are valid for the stated period and while stocks last. Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
11. Accounts & Security
Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
12. Intellectual Property
All Site content—including text, graphics, logos and software—is owned by or licensed to Calma GK and protected by copyright and trade‑mark laws. You may not use, copy or distribute it without our prior written consent.
13. User‑Generated Content
By posting reviews, photos or other content, you grant Calma GK a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and display that content. You warrant that your content is lawful and non‑infringing.
14. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- Transmit malware;
- Perform automated scraping;
- Infringe our IP rights.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject thereto:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses;
- Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed 100 % of the price paid for the Goods concerned.
Some US states do not permit certain exclusions; in such cases these exclusions apply to the extent allowed by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Calma GK and its affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
17. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics or supply‑chain disruption.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. EU consumers may bring proceedings in their home country.
19.1 Online Dispute Resolution (EU)
The EU ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate but may do so at our discretion.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on the Site with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
