Mark Flekken has continued to take his career to another level.

Following his move to Bayer Leverkusen, the Dutch international entered a new chapter in the Bundesliga, before reaching one of the biggest stages in football.

In May 2026, Flekken was named in the Netherlands squad for the FIFA World Cup, earning his place among the country’s three goalkeepers for the tournament in North America.

From Flekks to the World Cup.

A journey measured not only in distance, but in standards.

And the story continues in Leverkusen, where Flekken has established himself as the club’s starting goalkeeper at the beginning of the new season.
